1. What Hall Slot is

Hall Slot is an online marketplace that helps customers in Multan find marriage halls and send booking requests directly to hall owners. We are not a hall owner, an event organizer, or a party to any booking — we provide the platform that connects customers and hall owners, and we are not responsible for the conduct of either party or the quality of any venue.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or are used for fraud or abuse.

3. Booking requests

When you request a booking, you are asking the hall owner to reserve a date and shift for you. A request is not a confirmed booking — it becomes confirmed only once the hall owner approves it and you have made the agreed payment. Hall owners may decline requests at their discretion. We hold your requested date and shift temporarily while a request is pending, but this hold expires if the request is not acted on in time.

4. Payments

Payments for a booking are arranged directly between you and the hall owner, using whichever method they accept (cash, bank transfer, or mobile wallet). Hall Slot records the payments a hall owner reports against your booking so both sides have a shared history, but we do not hold your funds or guarantee refunds. Cancellation and refund terms for a specific booking are set by the hall owner — check with them before paying an advance.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel a pending or approved booking from your account before the function date. Hall owners may also cancel a booking, with a reason recorded on the booking. Cancelling a confirmed booking may not entitle you to a refund of any advance already paid — that depends on the individual hall's policy.

6. Reviews

You may leave a review only for a booking that has been completed. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fake, or unrelated to an actual booking, and hall owners may publicly reply to reviews left on their listing.

7. Hall listings

If you list a hall, you confirm that you are authorized to represent that venue and that the information you provide (capacity, pricing, amenities, photos) is accurate. New listings are reviewed before they appear in search results. We may reject or remove a listing that is misleading, incomplete, or violates these terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to defraud another user.
• Attempt to bypass Hall Slot to avoid fees, or scrape or copy listing data at scale.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content, including in reviews or hall descriptions.
• Interfere with the platform's normal operation or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or data.

9. Limitation of liability

Hall Slot is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes between customers and hall owners, the condition or safety of any venue, or losses arising from a cancelled or unfulfilled booking. Our role is limited to operating the platform that facilitates these connections.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from your use of Hall Slot will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Multan, Punjab.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Hall Slot after a change means you accept the updated terms.
